Thomas J. Cahill, CPA, MBA — Relationship Manager

Tom’s responsibilities include client relationship management, equity analyst, endowment consulting, tax strategist, financial planning, and alternative investment analyst.

Tom, a partner of the firm, has been in the financial services business since 1986. Tom completed his undergraduate education at Georgetown University and received his MBA from Babson College, where he served as a Visiting Lecturer. Prior to joining Beaumont, Tom held various tax management roles at General Electric Capital Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s. Tom is a director of a number of nonprofit entities and has particular planning expertise relative to professional athletes.

David M. Haviland — Relationship Manager

Dave’s responsibilities include client relationship management, fixed income analyst, fixed income trader, 401k and pension consultation, and financial and estate planning.

David, a partner of the firm, has been in the financial services business since 1986. David is an honors graduate of The University of Vermont. He began his business career with CIGNA Corporation and worked for several planning and investment advisory firms before joining his father at H & Co. Financial Services, Inc. in 1993. Dave designed, developed and implemented Beaumont’s proprietary asset allocation and reporting system. He has served on several local boards and is past chair of the Dover School Committee. He has also served Deerfield Academy and the University of Vermont as a class agent. Dave is a long time member of the Financial Planning Association and the International Association of Financial Planners. Dave is a Registered Representative of Purshe, Kaplan, Sterling (PKS) and holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

Peter M. Girard, CFP® — Relationship Manager

Peter’s responsibilities include client relationship management, financial planning, charitable gift consulting, and income planning.

Peter has been in the financial services business since 1994. Peter graduated from Assumption College where he majored in economics and minored in both finance and accounting. He began his career at Gruntal & Co. Inc. as a Registered Representative. Peter joined Fidelity Investments in 1997. He spent time in their Institutional Services and Brokerage divisions prior to becoming a Financial Planning Consultant in Fidelity’s Back Bay Investor Center. Peter has been a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP) since 2003 and holds his Series 66 securities license as well as life, accident and health insurance licenses.

Daniel B. Jacob — Relationship Manager

Dan’s responsibilities include client relationship management, nontraditional security analyst, and retirement income planning.

Dan has been in the financial services business since 1995. Dan graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he majored in finance and operations management. He entered the investment management business in 1995 with Fidelity Investments in their Institutional Group. Dan moved to Fidelity’s Back Bay Investor Center in 1998 as a Financial Planning Consultant. He holds the Series 65 securities licenses as well as life, accident and health insurance licenses.

Charles M. Garabedian, MBA, CFS — Relationship Manager

Chuck’s responsibilities include client relationship management, financial planning and mutual fund analyst.

Chuck has been in the financial services business since 1986. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a major in economics. He also earned an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business. Chuck’s experience includes 17 years with Fidelity Investments including Vice President positions in the Fidelity Money Management Group and the Product Planning and Development Group within the Personal Investments Division. He holds the Series 66 securities license, as well as his Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation.

Adam J. Bourk - Relationship Manager

Adam's responsibilities include client relationship management and financial planning services. Adam manages our Naples, FL office.

Adam has over nine years of wealth management experience including estate and retirement planning. Prior to joining Beaumont, Adam worked as a Financial Planning Consultant with Fidelity Investments in Naples, FL. Adam is a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, RI where he earned his B.S in Business Management and minored in History. Adam currently holds his Series 63 and 66, and insurance license.

Rob DePascale - Assistant Relationship Manager

Rob has been in the financial services business since 2000. He earned an economics degree from Tufts University, which was followed earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, and his Masters in Finance degree from the Sawyer School of Business at Suffolk University. During law school, Rob also served as an editor for Suffolk University’s Transnational Law Review.

Prior to joining Beaumont, Rob spent his entire 10 year career working for Fidelity Investments, where he held various relationship management roles, and was the recipient of Fidelity’s prestigious President’s Circle Award. Rob currently holds his Series 63 and 66, as well as life, accident and health insurance licenses, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
