Thomas J. Cahill completed his undergraduate education at Georgetown University and his MBA at Babson College where he serves as a Visiting Lecturer. Prior to joining Beaumont, Tom held various tax management roles at General Electric Capital Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Tom served on The Vanguard Group's Investment Advisory Council and is a member of LINC, a nationwide network of fee-only advisors. Tom is a board member of a number of nonprofit entities and has particular planning expertise relative to professional athletes.
James H. Vineburgh is a graduate of Tufts University, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a former NASD principal. He spent 22 years with CIGNA Corporation in various senior level sales management, marketing and corporate administration positions. Jim led the group that designed and implemented CIGNA's nationwide financial planning process. Prior to joining Beaumont in 1999, he spent 10 years in the banking industry during which time he headed Fleet's Connecticut and BankBoston's Massachusetts Private Banking operations. He had responsibility for the investment management, trust and credit functions.Jim is the permanent Class Secretary for The Hill School Class of 1961. He has served as Vice Chairman of Big Brothers of Massachusetts Bay, as a Trustee of and Parents' Committee President at Middlesex School and as a member of the Boston College Parents Council.
David M. Haviland is an honors graduate of The University of Vermont. He began his business career with CIGNA Corporation and worked for several planning and investment advisory firms before joining his father at H & Co. Financial Services, Inc. in 1993. Dave designed, developed and implemented Beaumont's proprietary asset allocation and reporting system. He has served on the Weston (CT) Zoning Board of Appeals, The Dover (MA) Housing Partnership and the Dover School Committee. He has also served Deerfield Academy and the University of Vermont as a class agent.Dave is a long time member of the Financial Planning Association and the International Association of Financial Planners.
